Reporting Copyright Infringement

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. This allows you to dispute the copyright claim.

A valid counter-notification must include the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before its removal or disabling. Please provide the specific URL(s).
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which gracefulfarmhouse.com may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

We will forward valid counter-notifications to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. The removed content may be restored within 10-14 business days unless the copyright holder files a court action seeking a court order against the content provider.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Graceful Farm House maintains a strict policy regarding repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate access to our site for any users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers. This includes contributors or users who repeatedly post, upload, or transmit infringing material.

We may take various actions to prevent repeat infringement, including account suspension or removal. Our goal is to protect intellectual property rights across all content published or shared through our platform.
